Firstly apologies for delay in response to your query from December, it had been overlooked in our correspondence.
I have sent you and email with a explainer image and video for the fitting of the Endless Bubbles Champagne Stopper. The fold down wings need to go under the bottom lip of the bottle neck. If you have any further issues with the fitting of unit please let us know.
