Delivery Policy

Delivery policy by AerDeVino updated: 28th October 2022. We use Australia Post and dispatch all orders ordered before 2 pm, same day. Otherwise, next business day will apply. 

Delivery & Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from AerDeVino containing your order details, and shipping information shortly after.
 
Our standard shipping is a flat rate of $9.95. We may offer an Express service at peak periods at an increased cost.

We currently do not post outside of Australia.
Delivery timeframes can vary due to postal volumes, and please understand this is out of our control. Standard shipping typically takes between 4-7 days, and express services 2-3 days.
 
 
AerDeVino endeavours to dispatch all orders ordered before 2pm, same day. Otherwise next business day will apply. 
 
 
Should a customer or any person not be present at the delivery address (home or business) when delivery is attempted, it may be taken to the nearest Post Office, or a missed-delivery card will be left/email received.
 
If an order has not arrived, please notify us within 21 days of the order.
